We are committed to the sustainable utilization and use of plant products.
On the one hand, we achieve this by implementing the methods and procedures, particularly in regions where, due to insufficient economic conditions, despite the presence of vegetable raw materials, the economic yield and / or the nutritional situation is insufficient or cannot be covered. In project work, we can provide “help for self-help” that leads to a sustainable improvement in profitability / nutritional situation.
The methods and procedures available to us for the unlocking and obtaining of ingredients of plant products have been tested for their universal applicability. Nevertheless, an adjustment will be necessary for a large number of plant residues that have not yet been investigated, as well as an adjustment of process steps that take local conditions into account. Therefore, we also promote research on the sustainable preparation and production of ingredients from plant residues.
